Floatation Canada is uniquely outfitted to handle both in house and on-site repairs and restoration for floating docks and boats. We put strong emphasis on our proprietary Steel Tube Liner system, allowing damaged and aging steel dock tubes to be restored, extending the life at a fraction of the replacement cost. Steel Tube Liners
Our proprietary liner system was created and developed in house as an innovative and practical solution to common failure points in floating docks. Our steel tube liners allow marine operators who have experienced dock tubes corroding and taking on water to extend the life of those dock systems indefinitely, at a fraction of the replacement cost. This system allows for on-site and in position work which minimizes disruption to boater traffic.

On-Site Repairs
The harsh winter environment coupled with severe storm activity can cause an array of dock damage from cracks in the tube to frame ruptures. Floatation Canada has invested in the people and equipment to facilitate these repairs on site, often without having to remove the section of dock that was damaged.

In-Shop Repairs & Restoration
Our shop is located on Muggs Island, part of the Toronto Islands, and operates alongside the Island Yacht Club. As a result, marine lift resources have given Floatation Canada the unique ability to lift out and move damaged dock sections, boats and structures into the sheltered work shop environment for repairs or restoration. Large scale projects such as Wave Attenuators and barges have been completely repaired or restored at our facility.
